In the woodlands overlooking Priory Bay is our event space. A bespoke-crafted event yurt that can accommodate 130 guests (more on request) - with a dance floor, bar, caterers kitchen extension and restrooms (one of which has wheelchair access).

Whether corporate or wedding or milestone celebration, we have the venue and accommodation on our property.

Why not arrive by Hovercraft, landing directly on the beach from Southsea, Portsmouth? Bring your guests over from the mainland, and fly them back afterwards. We have the only private beach landing on the island.
