The Coach House is located on a small eight acre estate/garden with winding paths through the orchard, past ponds, streams, the great oak, through the bluebell woods and down to an almost perfect beach.

The Coach House sleeps 10. Two bedrooms downstairs: a king bed and a twin room, with their own bathroom - loo, basin and shower over a bath.  Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom: a super king main bedroom, a twin bedroom and a smaller attic room with 2 single beds.

This permutation makes the house suitable for two families.

The main feature of this house is the vaulted family space with a large dining table, comfortable sofas and a 70" TV which can be seen from the kitchen.  A great space for family and friends to relax together on holiday.

The well-equipped kitchen has a double American fridge/freezer, a Range Master with double ovens, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer.  The central butchers block offers ample preparation and storage space.  It overlooks a vaulted open-plan dining and living space, allowing you to enjoy your cooking without being cut-off from the frolic and fun of friends and family.

There is a large barbeque and a shaded table area seating 10 outside the front lawn, under the oak tree -  the perfect spot for summer lunches, al fresco dining, a glass of chilled rose or an early evening cocktail with Isle of Wight gin.
