2 Cluniac Cottages adjoins a small eight acre estate with a winding path through bluebell woods, past ponds and streams, and down to an almost perfect beach.  You will be privileged to see abundant wildlife from red squirrels, dragonflies, barn owls, peregrines and buzzards and occasionally seals and dolphins. 

 

This comfortable charming cottage has separate sitting, dining and snug rooms, along with four rooms upstairs: a super king (with en-suite), a king, a twin and a bunk bed room with an extra single bed.  The snug has a three quarter bed for an extra guest if required.  

The separate airy bathroom has a double sink and shower over the bath.  The third bathroom is downstairs with loo, basin and shower over a bath.

The well-equipped kitchen has a double American fridge/freezer, a Range Master with double ovens, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and dining area.  There is a door out onto the enclosed and spacious private rear garden.  It has a large barbecue and terrace with dining area for 10 - making it the perfect spot for summer lunches and al fresco dining.

There is safe  off road parking for three vehicles (four at a squeeze).

As a guest of the property, you can enjoy direct private access to the sandy, sheltered Priory Bay via a track through the woods to the beach.  You are located directly on the coastal path, allowing you to step out and experience the island's stunning woodland and coastal walks leading to St Helens, Seaview, Bembridge and beyond.
